Manage Operations & Budget: Own the research budget, manage vendor relationships, and monitor global industry trends.
Mentor Talent: Directly manage and coach a dedicated researcher/analyst to ensure high-quality output.

Quantitative Rigor: Deep understanding of survey design, sampling, and statistical significance.
Business Acumen: Ability to translate high-level executive needs into specific research objectives.
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Economics, or Business Administration.
Masters Degree (MA/MBA) with a focus on research methods and statistics is a significant advantage.
