This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the tools every day, designing and shipping the work yourself. It isn't production design either. You'll bring ideas, challenge briefs, and elevate campaigns, working directly with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership.
What you'll do
Own and expand our brand system. Apply it consistently across every channel and keep it sharp as the company grows.
Maintain design standards, component libraries, templates, illustration styles, iconography, motion principles, and typography. Continuously improve them.
Translate business strategy into compelling creative. Create visual concepts that make complex technical ideas simple and memorable.
Contribute ideas during campaign planning instead of waiting for creative briefs, pushing toward work that is distinctive, modern, and impossible to ignore.
Design integrated campaigns across every touchpoint: landing pages, launches, research reports, paid and organic social, executive LinkedIn content, sales assets, email, webinars, event branding, booths, and customer stories.
Partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to translate messaging into visual storytelling.
Design for growth. Create landing pages that convert, sales assets that win deals, presentations that simplify complex ideas, and ABM creative that performs.
Use AI as a creative advantage across exploration, concept generation, image creation, motion, production, and iteration. Know when it accelerates great work and when human craft makes the difference.
6+ years designing for B2B SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
Strong portfolio spanning brand systems, digital marketing, campaigns, web, presentations, and product marketing.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, interaction, and visual storytelling.
Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in fast-moving startups or high-growth environments.
Creative thinker and storyteller. You generate ideas, not just assets, and understand how design communicates strategy.
Systems builder. You create scalable design systems instead of isolated files.
Business-minded and craft obsessed. You understand that great design drives awareness, engagement, and revenue, and you notice details others miss.
