This is not a traditional brand marketing role. Youll operate as the business owner of your brand, with responsibility across growth, acquisition, product strategy, funnels, monetization, lifecycle, customer experience, and profitability. Youll work with high-performing specialists across Performance Marketing, Product, Creative, Content, Lifecycle, Data, and Operations to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business growth.

Identify the highest-impact opportunities across acquisition, creative strategy, conversion optimization, pricing, offers, product, lifecycle, and customer experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove bottlenecks, and execute with speed and accountability.
Turn customer insights and business data into clear hypotheses, experiments, and scalable growth initiatives.
Monitor business performance, define success metrics, and continuously improve results through rapid experimentation and disciplined execution.
Leverage AI and modern tools to improve research, decision-making, execution, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven track record of driving measurable business growth in DTC, consumer technology, subscription, e-commerce, or direct-response businesses targeting the US market.
Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: Growth, Product, Performance Marketing, CRO, Lifecycle, or Monetization, combined with the ability to think across the entire business.
Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of growth metrics, customer behavior, experimentation, and business economics.
A highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing teams without direct authority.
Equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
Hands-on experience using AI to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of your work.

Experience in subscription or recurring-revenue models.
