Reports to: Controller.
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Haayin.
Duration: 9-month maternity leave replacement.
What will you do?
Process and verify supplier invoices.
Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain AP ledgers.
Execute payments to suppliers (bank transfers).
Manage ongoing communication with suppliers and internal departments.
Handle discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting.
Experience
At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable.
Experience with accounting software – Oracle is an advantage.
Skills
Bookkeeping certificate Level 2 – a must; Level 3 – an advantage.
Strong Excel skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
