As BMC System Engineer, you will design the command-and-control architecture: requirements, interfaces, integration, and validation across sensors, interceptors, and operator systems. You will work directly with R&D, software, and hardware teams, taking systems from architecture through live field trials. This role suits engineers who have been close to operational military systems and know how to close the loop between the whiteboard and the field.
Why Join us?
we are a stealth defense-tech company, founded by an experienced and successful leadership team. We are funded by top-tier backers from the US, Israel, and Europe, and are recruiting at full steam. The first challenge we're focusing on is one of the world's most urgent defense concerns.
Responsibilities
Design and develop the battle management system: threat tracking, engagement sequencing, and intercept coordination.
Author system requirements (SSS, SSDD) and ICDs across BMC interfaces.
Drive lab and field integration across sensors, interceptors, and C2 nodes.
Plan and execute system-level tests, field trials, and post-trial data analysis.
Support customer deliveries and operational readiness milestones.
Work across teams to ensure the BMC layer meets performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
