Requirements:
What You Bring:
3+ years of backend development experience in a modern language (Node.js a strong plus)
Real, daily hands-on use of AI development tools – this is a baseline, not a bonus
Solid experience with databases: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis
Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures, with a strong grasp of asynchronous execution models
What You Bring:
