Responsibilities:
* Serve as a central cross-functional hub between FP&A, Accounting, and the Controllership team, ensuring financial alignment and supporting data-driven business decisions.
* Identify financial discrepancies and data exceptions, improving the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
* Participate in the review and control of bookkeeping processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Support the monthly invoicing cycle and month-end close processes.
* Work closely with the Controller, Accounting team, and FP&A, with exposure to the CFO.
* Contribute to improving accounting processes and enhancing automation and data flows across internal financial systems
Requirements:
* CPA certification – Must 1 years of experience post-internship at a tech-driven \ SaaS company as an assistant controller\similar role. Experience working with Bookkeeping teams\ FP&A teams – Big Advantage.
* Experience with utilizing AI and emerging technologies to optimize and streamline financial processes, with the ability to identify opportunities to solve existing challenges, and introduce smarter solutions that help move the organization forward.
* Strong foundation in accounting, financial controls, and financial data analysis
* Advanced analytical skills+ strong capability to present data insights.
* High motivation to learn and grow within the field of controllership
* Experience with Priority ERP-Nice to have.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
