Team Alignment: Partner hand-in-hand with agile engineering squads, product designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into seamless platform features.
Scope of Ownership: Take full ownership of the Native Performance feature roadmap-guiding features from initial discovery and scoping to shipping and post-launch optimization.
Impact Metric: Success in this role means maintaining pipeline velocity, shipping key AI and automation initiatives on schedule, and ensuring a seamless transition and continuous feature adoption across global commercial teams during the coverage period.

Strategy & Innovation
Orchestrate AI & Automation Features: Lead the development of smart, automated capabilities within Amplify, such as automated campaign creation, dynamic setup recommendations, and predictive performance alerts.
Analyze Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis and track industry shifts within native and performance advertising to champion new feature opportunities.
Challenge the Status-Quo: Adopt our collaborative product mantra ("You build it, you run it, you monitor it"), bringing a pragmatic, solution-driven mindset to propose bold platform improvements.
Execution & Flawless Delivery
Own the Amplify Roadmap: Manage and prioritize the feature backlog, tracking milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks for the Native Performance agile squad.
Translate Needs into Specs: Write clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for our development teams.
Lead Agile Ceremonies: Direct sprint planning, review sessions, and blameless retrospectives, serving as a senior product voice within your agile squad.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Drive Worldwide Feature Rollouts: Partner with product marketing and campaign management teams to ensure smooth, global rollouts of new features, tracking adoption and measuring incremental outcomes.
Align Cross-Functional Squads: Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Data Science, and Marketing to build consensus and keep teams aligned around a unified product vision.
Core Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, specifically within AdTech, digital advertising, or a related high-growth platform environment.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of native advertising formats, performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROI), and campaign management workflows.
Execution Track Record: A proven history of translating business objectives into platform solutions and successfully shipping impactful product features.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high degree of comfort using data to drive roadmap prioritization and product decisions.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge the gap between deep technical engineering and commercial business teams.
Language: Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
