We are seeking for an data Scientist – Model Development A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced data Scientist to join its Model Development team, responsible for delivering strategic, cross-organizational AI initiatives. The role focuses on developing and deploying advanced Machine Learning and AI models that support various business units, working with large-scale data in a modern cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models in production environments
* Translate complex business problems into algorithmic solutions
* Analyze and process large-scale structured and unstructured data
* Work within AWS cloud infrastructure
* Leverage advanced AI technologies, including Generative AI (advantage)
* Present insights and findings to business stakeholders
* Measure model performance and continuously optimize outcomes

Mandatory:
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in model development (from definition through production deployment)
* Minimum 5 years of experience processing and analyzing large-scale tabular data
* Strong development experience in Python
* Experience working in AWS environments
* Academic degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, data Science, or related field Significant Advantage:
* Experience with PySpark
* Experience developing Generative AI-based applications
* Background in financial services / banking domain
* Experience working in large, complex organizations Required Competencies
