We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead a team with experience in an enterprise SaaS product. In this role, you will drive technical decisions, lead delivery and quality, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and other teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Drive technical design and architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with the overall product and platform vision.
Work closely with the team to ensure high engineering standards, including code reviews, design reviews, performance considerations, and best practices.
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality results.
Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with Product, Architecture, and other R&D teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
Continuously improve team processes, engineering practices, and overall team effectiveness.

Requirements:
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers, with 2+ years in a hands-on team leadership role
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, ownership, and effective communication within the team and across stakeholders
5+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with strong experience in React and Node.js, building and operating production-grade frontend and backend systems
Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable and robust cloud-native applications on AWS, including microservices and serverless architectures
BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers, with 2+ years in a hands-on team leadership role
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, ownership, and effective communication within the team and across stakeholders
