Key Responsibilities :
Lead a high-performing R&D group of approximately 40 team members, including Dev and DevOps team leaders, architects, project managers, and support.
Shape the long-term roadmap and product development plans in alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
Define and communicate the technological vision for our R&D group.
Provide both technical and managerial guidance to managers within the R&D group.
Collaborate closely with the Security Product Strategy to translate product vision and strategy into actionable R&D initiatives and technical roadmaps.
Engage with global stakeholders (US-based and international) to ensure technical solutions meet business, architectural, and operational requirements.
Foster a culture of innovation within the R&D group, supporting the identification and development of new cybersecurity growth engines.
10+ years of proven experience in leadership roles within development organizations.
Strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams delivering complex projects.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise-scale platforms. Familiarity with leading technologies such as React, Java, Node.js, and Azure K8S is a plus.
Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
Proven experience partnering with Product Management in global, cross-functional environments, especially in telecom and B2B settings.
Ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable R&D plans and technical execution.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and market needs, with the ability to adapt R&D priorities accordingly.
