We are looking for a Controller to join our Finance team reporting to the company CFO.
Responsibilities
Own and be an integral part of the monthly, and annual consolidated financial reporting process, I/C transactions and periodic analysis
Preparation of the annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements for the IL and US entities.
Oversee bookkeeping and accounting, and ensure quality control over all financial transactions.
Own the AR, billing and collection from customers.
Preparation of the monthly Budget vs. Actual monthly reporting and the reporting package to the investors.
Interface with external audit firms and tax consultants
Manage the cap table
FP&A reporting including metric tracking and reporting.

Requirements:
CPA, Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms – a must
Experience with Hi-Tech companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP
At least 1-2 years of experience post-internship
Experience in a global high-tech/startup company as controller or Assistant Controller – a strong advantage
Experience in preparation of financial statements and implementation of accounting principles
Fluent communication in English (written and verbal)
Knowledge in ERP systems (NetSuite) – an advantage.
High Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Motivation and multi-tasking skills with a problem-solving attitude
Responsible and deadline oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
A team player able to work with multiple stakeholders.
