Requirements:
Proven experience building and managing small, high-performing R D teams.
Proven experience building and managing small, high-performing R D teams.
Deep knowledge of AI, computer vision, algorithms, and software architecture.
Hands-on approach and startup mindset proactive, adaptable, and execution-driven.
Experience in industrial domains (medical, defense, automotive, or electronics) advantage.
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of R D leadership experience.
