The VP of Product will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team. This role will shape the companys product direction and establish a strong, scalable product organization. The VP of Product will be closely connected to the market and our customers to deeply understand their evolving needs and translate them into meaningful product outcomes. They will

Roles And Responsibilities
The VP of Product will lead the product and will set the foundations for our product organization for the short and long term, thus making an important impact in the company. They will lead the product team and work closely together with the R&D, Chief Medical Officer, Sales & Marketing and Customer Success, in order to push the product forward and enhance its capabilities to address the needs of health professionals
Key responsibilities:
Lead product strategy and its translation into a concrete and prioritized roadmap and workplan.
Define & implement Product Operating Framework, including collaboration models for Product, Engineering, and UX, and standardized mechanisms for roadmap planning, prioritization, and communicating product status to the entire organization
Lead the product team
Create alignment between all functions around the product roadmap and yearly plan
Define product KPIs and monitor them in order to establish a data-driven approach for feature development and prioritization
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and communicate how our roadmap will address them
Translate user feedback into product initiatives to constantly improve the user experience and usability of the product
Write clear, concise requirements documents, RFCs, and user stories for engineers to be able to easily understand the what and why of a product or feature idea
Manage prioritization and trade-offs, working closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders
Analyze the competitive landscape to find gaps and opportunities.

Proven experience as a VP of Product or senior product leader in a high-growth tech environment.
Experience directly managing and developing product teams (ideally 2-5 PMs).
Strong background in data products and data-informed product development.
Early-stage startup experience and comfort operating with ambiguity and velocity.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to decision-making.
Experience in healthcare – especially selling into hospitals – is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English.
Additional Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.).
Experience with documentation and process tools (Confluence, LucidChart, Shortcut, etc.).
Experience working with global or distributed teams.
