we are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead UX writing and in-app help improvements on our SaaS platforms to streamline our users work, and increase their knowledge, perceived value, and satisfaction with our products. You will also contribute to expanding and maintaining our product documentation.
Responsibilities:
UX Writing:
Craft clear, user-friendly, and intuitive in-app text and microcopy to enhance the overall user experience.
Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure consistency and clarity in all user interface elements.
Maintain and update the UX writing and in-app help style guide to ensure a consistent voice and tone across all products.
Collaborate with Technical Writers to ensure microcopy aligns with the company's brand voice and tone.
In-app Help Management:
Oversee the creation and management of in-app help content to provide real-time assistance to users.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base, FAQs, and other support materials within the app.
Monitor user interactions with in-app help content to identify areas for improvement.
Technical Writing:
Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical products as needed.
Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, and API documentation in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of UX writing and in-app help content to drive continuous improvement.
Use user-behavior tracking software and analytics to find areas for UX or in-app help improvements.
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve content quality and usability.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in UX writing for SaaS platforms and technical writing for software documentation, in enterprise grade companies preferably within cybersecurity industry.
Proven experience in creating in-app help content for SaaS users using tools like Intercom (strong plus), Pendo, Appcues, or similar systems.
Excellent writing skills in English and mother-tongue English level.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with XML (or even DITA) a strong plus.
A university degree or other advanced training in English, Technical Communications, or a related discipline.
Fluent spoken Hebrew.
