CPA or licensed attorney (dual qualification = strong advantage)
2+ years of experience in US tax advisory, M&A tax, or international tax
Hands on experience in due diligence and deal structuring (advantage)
Strong technical skills in US domestic & cross border tax
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and teams in a fast paced environment.
