An international company is seeking an experienced US Business Finance Manager to lead the financial management of its U.S. activity.
This is a finance-focused role with full ownership over the U.S. financial operations, including regulatory compliance, reporting, and business support. The position also includes managerial responsibility for logistics and inventory processes, ensuring strong alignment between operational execution and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Full financial ownership of U.S. activity
• Lead the monthly close process in coordination with U.S. external accountants
• Own and coordinate U.S. Sales Tax filings including multi-state compliance
• Review financial statements and ensure alignment with Group standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial insights and business support to management
• Interface with U.S. banks, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders
• Implement and maintain financial controls and support risk management processes
• Manage and support the logistics and inventory employee
• Oversee inventory-related financial processes including costing, reconciliations, COGS analysis, and provisions
• Supervise inventory controls and physical counts
• Coordinate with U.S.-based logistics providers and 3PL partners
• Monitor import and export processes and related financial impact
• Oversee receivables monitoring and chargebacks
