Around 4-7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and tech-industry hiring.
Comfortable with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment.
Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders globally.
Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Experience at a startup or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture is a must; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc.).
Innovative out-of-the-box thinker-you know the playbook, but youre not limited by it.
A positive attitude: youre a team player and you work effectively with different teams.
Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Availability to commit to a 6-month temporary contract.
