Key job responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that identify and attract top-tier technical talent.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, cultural alignment, and potential for innovation.
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship cultivation.
Design and implement recruiting processes that enhance candidate experience and support long-term organizational growth.
Develop and track recruiting metrics, creating strategic plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
Basic Qualifications:
– Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
– Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
– Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
– Bachelor's degree or above in human resources.
– Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree, or experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
– Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies.
– Experience recruiting, hiring and developing talent.
– Experience recruiting for silicon engineering, hardware design, or software development roles.
