We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Sourcer to join our HR team . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a variety of positions through proactive sourcing and headhunting. You will build strong talent pipelines, develop new professional networks, and play a key role in helping the company hire exceptional people.
What Will You Do
Source and identify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct proactive headhunting and engage passive candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Research target companies and map top talent across different industries.
Build and expand professional networks and long-term candidate relationships.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and assess candidate fit.
Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs.
Utilize AI sourcing tools and stay up to date with recruitment trends and market insights.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
Strong sourcing, research, and networking skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to identify high-potential candidates and build long-term talent pipelines.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with recruitment systems and AI sourcing tools – an advantage.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Previous experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
