We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes.
The role consists of:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments.
Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
Perform sourcing and publish job postings on job boards and digital media.
Develop and expand recruitment channels.
Partner with managers at various levels throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment within an organization or at least one year of experience in a placement agency – mandatory.
High-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory.
Strong ability to drive processes, manage priorities, and excellent communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields – significant advantage.
