Implement structured, data-driven, and AI-enabled hiring practices
Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to support sustainable growth
5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a global tech environment
Strong experience hiring GTM roles, with exposure to broader business functions
Proven success across multiple EMEA markets
Excellent English communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong builder mindset
