Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead EMEA, owning end-to-end recruitment across a diverse and fast-growing region. In this role, youll lead a high-performing regional TA team, shape hiring strategy across multiple markets, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Youll be part of a global TA organization, reporting to the Global TA Leader and partnering closely with HRBPs and senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA Talent Acquisition team
Drive hiring across EMEA, with a strong focus on GTM roles while supporting all business functions
Own senior, business-critical, and high-volume hiring initiatives
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
Implement structured, data-driven, and AI-enabled hiring practices
Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to support sustainable growth
Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a global tech environment
5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a global tech environment
Strong experience hiring GTM roles, with exposure to broader business functions
Proven success across multiple EMEA markets
Excellent English communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong builder mindset
