We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team.
In this role you will be on the front line of our hiring processes, engaging and evaluating exceptional talent at scale.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume, in-depth phone and video interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
Create a welcoming and transparent experience for every candidate.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the broader TA team to align on role requirements, provide candidate insights, and keep recruitment pipelines moving efficiently.
Proactively reach out to passive top talent using diverse sourcing strategies.

High empathy and a commitment to delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew and English.
A proactive, self-motivated approach.
Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
