5G Wireless Backhaul Testing – Test and validate wireless 5G backhaul systems connecting broadband sites to the core network delivering high-speed connectivity
Codeless Automation – Design, run, and analyze automated test suites using codeless platforms to accelerate feature validation and reduce manual effort.
Failure Analysis & Debug Leadership – Lead investigations into system failures and performance issues using data-driven techniques and AI-assisted diagnostics.
Test Scenario Design & Execution – Define and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure robust functionality, scalability, and real-world resilience.
System Bring-Up & Test Setup Ownership – Build, configure, and maintain advanced test environments from the ground up

Requirements:
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering
3-4 years of relevant experience in System Verification (functional and performance)
Good Knowledge in Ethernet L2 switching (CCNA level)
Good English language skills in speaking and in writing
Experience in functional and performance validation of features
Advantage:
Proven hands-on experience in writing and executing automated tests – from feature-level scripts to full system validation.
Experience in design and development of automatic tests for embedded features and entire systems.
Skilled in operating and using Ethernet Test Equipment (IXIA/STC, XENA)
Skilled in Jira, TFS
Experience in microwave radio, modulation, error-proof data transmission.
Telecom Industry Experience – Solid grounding in telecommunications systems and protocols.
