Working closely with product, growth, and content teams, youll build relationships with leading entertainment, gaming, family, and consumer brands while creating new growth engines for the business.

– Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, licensing, or related commercial roles.
– Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience leading complex partnerships from sourcing through execution.
– Experience in consumer products, entertainment, gaming, media, technology, subscription businesses, or family-focused products.
– Ability to develop creative partnership opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
– Entrepreneurial mindset backed by strong analytical skills and business judgment.
– Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
– Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
