As a Sales engineer , you will partner with enterprise customers to design and deliver solutions that accelerate CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity. This is a customer-facing, pre-sales role combining deep technical expertise (backend systems, CI/CD, DevOps) with strong business and communication skills. You will lead technical discovery, run POCs, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and early onboarding.
?Key Responsibilities:
* Own the technical engagement from discovery through POC and rollout
* Analyze customer CI/CD and build environments to identify bottlenecks
* Design scalable solutions leveraging Incredibuild across backend and DevOps ecosystems
* Build ROI-driven value propositions using performance metrics
* Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful deployments
* Create reusable assets (POCs, best practices, demos)
* Support early-stage onboarding and expansion
