Design process flows, solution architectures, and product demonstrations based on customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
Advocate Oracles AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
Create and deliver presentations and proof-of-concepts that showcase Oracles solutions.
Support the sales cycle with RFI/RFP responses and commercial guidance.
Build trusted relationships with customers and partners and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Excellent presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
At least 5 years of experience with HCM processes and technologies, as an HRIS professional, solutions engineer, HR transformation or implementation consultant.
Hands-on knowledge of leading HCM solutions such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday is an advantage.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to engage with CHROs, HR leaders, HRBPs, HRIS teams, and senior stakeholders, and help shape and optimize HR processes including Core, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Attendance, and more.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to high quality.
