Voca product provides extensive Contact Center and Conversational IVR capabilities running on
both on prem and SAAS environments.
Job Description:
– Define the system requirements for Voca Product.
– Defining the architecture for next generation products.
– Write system design documents
– At least first degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
– At least 5 years of working as a Software Architect
– Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
– Experience in system/software architecture design
– Strong communication and teamwork
– Strong analytical skills and self-learning
– Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills
– Complex system comprehension
– Knowledge and hands-on experience in SaaS environment (Azure, AWS, …)
– Knowledge of SIP protocol stack – advantage
– Knowledge in contact center – advantage
– Vast knowledge and hands on using AI tools (for MVP, fast prototyping, etc)
