Fluent in spoken and written English with strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on large-scale distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
Passion for modern AI tools and a drive to integrate them into daily engineering workflows to enhance productivity.
Prior experience in Fintech, real-time financial decisioning engines, or risk platform
Proven track record in designing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance microservices architectures.
