About the position We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects aimed at developing Mindspace’s revenue, growth, services, and efficiency. Based in Israel and working directly under the VP of International Markets, the PM will be instrumental in driving forward various initiatives across different verticals and geographies. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, a multitasker with a go-getter attitude. Responsibilities
* Strategic Execution: Work closely with the VP of International Markets to implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.
* Project Management: Drive initiatives forward by coordinating between teams, setting milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
* Operational Support: Streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and support execution across various business functions in different markets
* Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research into industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
* Partnership Coordination: Support the identification and execution of strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
* Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
* Lead project executions and teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication between all relevant stakeholders.
