Your Impact
Define and drive end-to-end user experiences across multiple Cortex products
Lead cross-product initiatives, simplifying complex data and security workflows
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction
Maintain high design standards across UX, UI, and accessibility
Mentor designers and foster a strong design culture built on collaboration and craft
Partner with the design system team to evolve the Cortex design language.

5+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI craft
Proven ability to lead design strategy and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions
Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in prototyping and design systems
Experience mentoring designers and raising overall design quality
Huge advantage: Experience in cybersecurity, particularly in data security, identity security, or SaaS security.
