Designers ship to production. Our team has access to the company codebase and pushes UI code to production directly. You'll design work tools that help developers, DevOps, and R&D teams manage complex software – turning dense, technical, data-heavy problems into clear, elegant experiences for technical users.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups to final implemented live features.
Validate your work through user research – interviews, usability testing, and analysis of product data – and iterate quickly based on what you learn.

Strong interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with R&D.
Expertise with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, v0, or similar tools).
A solid understanding of CSS and HTML, and working knowledge of git and vibe coding.
Experience working with product data and research tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Maze, or similar tools).
Strong systems thinking and a grasp of component-based design patterns.
Ability to adapt, switch gears, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team.
Strong English, and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
A portfolio that showcases relevant, complex work.
