What you'll be doing:
Crafting complex features, data visualisations and AI capabilities for our next-gen platform that not only look great but drive real value and operational efficiency for our merchants.
Contributing to the growth and scalability of our internal design system (ShadCN based), ensuring consistency between design and engineering.
Partnering closely with Merchants, Product, Engineering and GTM to define solutions.
Accelerating our design-to-build workflow by utilising GenAI tools such as Claude-Code, Codex, and Lovable.
Collaborating across our global teams to align on a shared product vision.
What you'll need:
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products – you've worked on dashboard-heavy, data-rich enterprise platforms where you've made thousands of data points feel simple and actionable.
Systems thinking – you understand how design decisions ripple through a product. You know that changing one component here impacts the experience there, and you proactively consider those downstream effects.
Design systems experience – you've contributed to, maintained, or built design systems. You understand design tokens, component architecture, and how design translates into scalable code. You've worked directly with developers to ensure consistency between design and implementation.
Comfortable with ambiguity – you thrive when requirements are unclear. Instead of waiting for perfect briefs, you ask smart questions, collaborate with product and engineering to define the problem, and take action with incomplete information.
Full design lifecycle ownership – you've taken problems through to shipped, precision-crafted solutions using data and evidence, not just intuition.
Proactive and pragmatic – you find ways to improve processes without waiting for permission. You're flexible in your approach, not married to specific methodologies or frameworks.
Itd be really cool if you also have:
Hands-on design systems work – you've built a design system from scratch, not just consumed one.
B2B go-to-market understanding – you know how design fits within sales cycles, RFPs, customer success, and feedback loops.
