* Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and development.

* Strong understanding of material properties and manufacturing processes.
* Experience in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
