The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategy at Cross River. This isn’t just a senior HR role – it’s a high-impact opportunity for a proven HR leader with hands-on expertise across the full HR spectrum. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, offering strategic and operational support to managers, employees, and leadership. you’ll influence core decisions, lead change, and elevate both the employee experience and HR function. * Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning
* Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
* Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy
* Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and implementing improvements
* Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives
