We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer specializing in Failure Analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits, combined with extensive HO experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. This role involves leading failure investigations, reviewing new product designs, and mentoring team engineers to ensure best practices and high product reliability.
Responsibilities:
Perform Failure Analysis on complex field issues in power conversion systems for the solar energy market.
Lead Design Reviews for new products, providing insights to improve reliability and performance.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
Prepare detailed technical reports.

Minimum 8 years of experience in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits.
Proven experience in Failure Analysis and deep understanding of manufacturing and testing processes.
Strong background in Power Electronics- significant advantage.
Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB – advantage.
