Responsibilities:
* You will assume full end-to-end ownership and responsibility for designing, improving and maintaining the company’s RnD delivery flow processes and infrastructure.
* Taking ownership of one of the most critical flows in the RnD department – developing & releasing Infinidat’s software product.
* Establish and evolve concepts in CI/CD pipelines for existing and new services.
* Work closely with development teams to improve the efficiency and stability of the build automation solution (distributed build, object caching, etc.)
* Work closely with various infrastructure teams in the company to improve automation of workflows
* Monitor and analyze performance and stability issues. Environment and tools
* Linux, Python, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Coverity, VMware, Ansible, Docker/Podman, CMake.
* 99% On-Prem.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience working with production-environment.
* Extensive experience building and sustaining a fully automated CI/CD solution.
* Experience with CI systems with GitLab and Jenkins.
* High proficiency with git workflows.
* Proven experience in Linux system engineering (configuring, troubleshooting and deployment).
* Extensive experience in coding with Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
* Strong understanding of system-level topics and IT infrastructure, including operating systems, storage, networking and firewalls.
* Experience with virtualization and containerized systems (VMware, Docker/Podman)
* Excellent organizational, analytical abilities and problem solving skills
* Demonstrates high initiative and a proactive approach, with the ability to independently define and drive solutions in the DevOps field. Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with version control systems.
* Experience with C/C++ build systems.
* Proficiency in reviewing and optimizing C/C++ code as part of build system optimization.
