A defense-tech startup, building an AI-powered autonomous systems that connect cameras, sensors, and natural-language interfaces, is looking for a Senior Back End Engineer, with AI \ Computer Vision expertise. In this role, youll be one of our first engineers. Youll shape architecture, set engineering standards, and lead the development of real-time, AI-first features for high-stakes.
Requirements:
4 + years backend or systems engineering in production environments.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, networking, and databases.
Production proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability stacks.
Comfort with pub/sub architectures (Kafka, MQTT).
Expertise in Python
Computer Science degree
Experience designing and operating AI inference services at scale (Triton, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime) across distributed GPU clusters.
