As a Senior Applied Data Scientist, you will drive the architectural and algorithmic strategy for our core evaluation engine. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams, and take ownership of complex technical challenges, designing solutions that are contextually efficient, robust, and scalable. You will play a key role in defining our algorithmic roadmap, ensuring our logic is optimized to handle the complexities of modern LLM applications.
Requirements:
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (Product, Sales, Leadership) and influencing roadmap decisions.
Proven ability to take vague, high-level requirements and break them down into actionable technical roadmaps.
M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field (Ph.D. is a plus).
At least 6 years of industry experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
Strong proficiency in Python and the data science stack (e.g.pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch/tensorflow).
Experience with NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks – A Big Plus.
Ability to write high-quality, production-grade code and work within a software engineering workflow (CI/CD, code reviews, testing).
Fast learner with a passion for solving hard algorithmic problems.
Results-oriented mindset, can-do attitude, and a focus on delivering impact and value.
