Own and manage Google & Bing channels end‑to‑end: planning, execution, optimization, and scaling to hit KPIs.
Analyze performance and run structured A/B tests to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI.
Apply AI tools and automation to enhance targeting, bidding, workflows, and creative.
Manage campaigns across multiple regions and languages, ensuring proper localization and relevance across global markets.
Partner with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams to translate insights into actions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new ad formats.
Translate narratives into high‑performing ads, build landing pages, and optimize the full user journey from impression to acquisition.
What You Bring:
23 years of hands‑on SEM experience managing global Google & Bing campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
Fluent, professional English with excellent written communication.
Highly independent, organized, and able to manage complex multi‑region campaigns.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong problem‑solving skills, paired with a self‑starter, process‑oriented, results‑driven mindset.
Experience with AI‑driven marketing tools.
Bonus: YouTube Ads experience.
