Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including significant experience leading R&D teams.
At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
At least 5 years of experience in system architecture and design.
Strong experience with distributed systems, data platforms, and AI/ML engineering.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams and drive architectural decisions.
A broad and deep understanding of modern technologies and best practices.
A highly motivated, self-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership approach and a lead by example attitude.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including significant experience leading R&D teams.
At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
At least 5 years of experience in system architecture and design.
