we are seeking Production Planning & Control team leader to lead the Production Planning & Control department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Production Planning & Control team, managing production planning processes, configuration control, customer forecasts, and cross-functional projects. You will work closely with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure efficient production planning, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Production Planning & Control ( PPC ) team, providing professional guidance and ensuring efficient execution of daily operations. Manage configuration control processes, including item creation and development of complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SAP and Excel. Define production priorities in collaboration with Customer Service while supporting customer escalation requests and delivery requirements. Manage the costing, planning, and execution of new projects, including BOM creation and coordination with Procurement for supplier quotations. Execute MRP processes and manage customer forecasts to ensure production plans align with business demands. Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and implement changes across internal systems and customer platforms (such as SPS and SNF). Analyze exception reports, generate cross-functional management reports, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related technological field – mandatory. At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control ( PPCgreenTxtBg!) – mandatory. At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory. Previous managerial or team leadership experience – mandatory. Experience leading a professional domain or function – mandatory. Fluent English, with excellent written, verbal, and reading skills – mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – mandatory. Full-time availability (100% position).
