Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing tradeoffs, and leading cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX, Operations) through product gates and execution.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience operating in high-stakes environments where accuracy, trustworthiness, and system reliability are paramount.
Strong systems-thinking approach, with the ability to understand complex architectures, data flows, and dependencies across multiple technical components.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to use data and metrics to guide product decisions and measure global impact.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams and navigate ambiguity.
Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills, particularly in the context of working with complex external partnerships or authoritative data providers.
Deep interest in social impact, emergency management, public safety, or related fields.
