Support the preparation, review, and validation of monthly payroll data across various countries.
Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Verify variable components such as bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
Review and reconcile payroll reports before management approval.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation.
Help ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
Provide support in payroll audits and year-end reporting.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
