We are seeking an Operations Systems Specialist to join our Production Operations team, managing core and peripheral systems. The role focuses on system administration, including process execution, quality controls, user permissions, and data table maintenance, while collaborating closely with internal and external interfaces. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily system administration tasks, including process monitoring and execution.
* Conduct system controls, manage user permissions, and maintain/update system tables.
* Ensure high system reliability and troubleshoot operational issues.
* Work closely with multiple internal departments and external interfaces. Location: Bnei Brak.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree from a recognized academic institution – Must.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience writing medium-complexity SQL queries – Must.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel – Must.
* Native/Fluent Hebrew and reasonable English proficiency or higher – Must.
* Willingness to work intensive hours / overtime as required – Must.
* Knowledge of the Provident and Study Funds (Kupot Gemel & Hishtalmut) domain – Advantage.
* 3 years of experience in a similar role working as part of a team (team player approach) – Advantage.
* Familiarity with the Israeli Pension Clearinghouse (Hamaslaka Hapensionit) – Significant Advantage.
