Responsibilities:
Own and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, from development readiness through full manufacturing ramp-up Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables for new products Serve as the primary interface between R&D, engineering, operations, and supply chain during product transitions Coordinate resolution of system, manufacturing, and production issues, ensuring timely decision-making and execution Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing readiness, quality, and yield Manage supplier engagement for manufacturing readiness, quality alignment, and issue resolution Drive process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with engineering and operations teams Ensure completion, approval, and release of manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards Track KPIs and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and management
An engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience leading NPI or manufacturing-related projects for large-scale, multidisciplinary products Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a production environment Experience working with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) – advantage Background in manufacturing, industrial systems, or high-complexity equipment – advantage Familiarity with digital printing systems, production technologies, or PLC-based environments – advantage
