Role and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment while providing clear guidance and support.
Develop and shape the visual identity and its sub-brands, aligning design with audience, channel, industry, and business goals. Hands on, person who wants to design.
Lead the creation of the companys new website and establish a cohesive web design system.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and consistent with the brand identity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and HR, to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions that drive business outcomes.
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely execution of tasks and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, consistently seeking ways to innovate and enhance the quality of design work, familiar with AI tools.
2+ years of experience leading design teams, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
3+ years of experience as a Brand&Marketing designer
Professional background in brand and marketing design.
Professional background in B2B Or B2C marketing landscape
Deep understanding of design systems and information hierarchy, with a talent for both strategic thinking and execution.
A creative problem-solver and highly organized, skilled at managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
