We are looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel with a passion for regulation and ethics to join our team and lead our legal affairs and compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory: Provide ongoing legal support to business units (Marketing, Business Development, Commercial, Procurement, etc.) regarding contracts, agreements, and day-to-day legal issues.
Compliance Oversight: Implement and enforce the companys compliance program, including the Code of Ethics, interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policies.
Regulatory & Risk Management: Monitor legislative and regulatory updates in the pharma industry (Ministry of Health guidelines, etc.) and ensure organizational alignment.
Training & Awareness: Conduct internal training sessions for employees on ethics, compliance, and privacy matters.

Requirements:
LL.B. degree and active membership in the Bar Association – Mandatory.
At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lawyer from a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal department.
Previous experience in Compliance or the Pharma/Medical Device industry – Significant advantage.
High-level English (both verbal and written, with a focus on legal drafting) – Mandatory.
Ability to work independently, strong initiative, high personal integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
