To be a Junior software engineer you need to have:
* BSc in Computer Science from a leading Israeli or international university
* Outstanding academic record – Deans List, Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or equivalent honors (GPA 92+)
* Genuine passion for software engineering and GenAI – you code because you love it, not just because its on the syllabus
* Willingness to work fully on-site in our Jerusalem (Talpiyot) office or TLV office
* No prior industry experience required – we care about your potential, curiosity, and work ethic. Student role experience is a plus. The personal competencies you need to have:
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
* Ability to see the big picture, break down a project into milestones and prioritize tasks.
